How many billable hours a week would you like to work on average?

For calculation purposes, we assume you have worked the hours of care level chosen for 47 weeks. This bonus is paid bi-weekly.

Our total compensation is designed to reward the meaningful work you do while supporting the success of our clients. It reflects not just your time and dedication but also the quality of care you provide and the impact you make.

This structure combines a competitive base salary, bonuses for caregiver training, and additional earnings for providing consistent, high-quality care beyond 29 billable hours per week. Each component is built to recognize your commitment to helping clients reach their goals and to reward the expertise, effort, and heart you bring to every session.

Base Salary:

Your base salary reflects the value of your expertise and commitment to providing high-quality care. It serves as the foundation of your compensation, recognizing your dedication to helping clients achieve their goals and fostering meaningful progress.

Caregiver Training Bonus:

We offer a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting caregiver training minimums. This rewards your efforts to engage and empower caregivers—an essential part of helping clients succeed. Supporting caregivers strengthens outcomes and highlights your impact beyond direct client sessions.

Hours of Care Bonus:

For every hour you provide beyond 29 billable hours per week, you’ll earn an additional $50 per hour. Instead of averaging hours over a month or quarter, we reward you for your weekly contributions. This means that even if you have a few off days or weeks, it won’t stop you from earning bonuses. Our goal is simple: to make the payout more immediate, impactful, and reflective of your incredible efforts.

I'm still learning/need support

  • You feel most comfortable following established treatment plans
  • You consult with your team often before making clinical decisions.
  • You prefer guidance when managing challenging behaviors.
  • You’re still building confidence in supervising RBTs.

I work independently, but check-in

  • You manage moderately complex cases with occasional support.
  • You make data-driven clinical decisions but collaborate regularly.
  • You confidently supervise RBTs, seeking guidance in tougher cases.
  • You adjust programming independently but appreciate peer input.

I provide support to other clinicians

  • You handle complex cases independently, including severe behaviors.
  • You’re confident in making clinical decisions and guiding treatment plans.
  • You mentor and support newer clinicians and RBTs.
  • You contribute to clinical discussions, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
