Gracent Pediatric Therapy is part of the Gracent network alongside North Shore Pediatric Therapy — one of Chicagoland's most established pediatric providers, with over 20 years in the community and a reputation built on doing this work with integrity.

Built by our clinicians
In ABA therapy, the most consequential clinical decision, how many hours a child receives, has never had a standardized method. Until now.
The Gracent Care Calculator was built here by Liza Bodner, our VP of Clinical Quality and Training, and operationalized across our centers by Ryan Emry, our Regional Director. Peer-reviewed methodology, real clinical data, every recommendation built around the actual child — not preset hour buckets, not insurance defaults.
We use it in every Gracent center. We made it free for the entire field. You won't have to advocate for individualized care here — you'll just practice it.
VP of Clinical Quality and Training
Liza led the clinical design and methodology behind the Gracent Care Calculator. She came up as a BCBA at Gracent, runs our clinical training program, and is the person every BCBA can call when a case gets hard.
Regional Director
Ryan operationalized the Care Calculator across every Gracent center and runs the ongoing peer review and validation. He came up as a BCBA here, and he's the person CDs call when they need support.

Not values on a wall, but the actual decisions we make every day in how we plan, how we supervise, and what we refuse to compromise on even when it would be easier.
