As you prep for your first day...

We know you might have the Monday jitters (even if it’s not a Monday!)—starting something new is exciting and a little nerve-wracking, and that’s perfectly normal. Your first day is all about getting to know the team, diving into our mission, and settling into your new role.

This guide is here to help, answering many of the questions you may have so you can feel confident and ready to jump in. We’re so excited to welcome you!
  • Paylocity New Hire Packet: You will receive an email from Paylocity, our HR and payroll system, containing your New Hire Packet. While it includes several documents you can fill out before your first day, they are not required to be completed until the end of your first day.
  • Background Check: To ensure the safety of our young clients, all employees must under go a background check. You will receive an email from Checkr and/or HireRight requesting key information to initiate the process. This must be completed no later than the Thursday before your start date.
  • Credentialing Information (clinical team members only)

For our in-center teammates providing therapy to clients, our Credentialing & Billing teams need to start gathering your information and submitting it to our network providers. The sooner we begin this process, the better, as your credentialing must be completed before we can build your caseload and schedule clients for services under your care.

You will need to gather the following information and send it to the Credentialing Team at credentialing@gracentcares.com.

‍

For BCBA, SLP, MH, OT, and PT team members:

For Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians:

Please arrive at your center by 9:30 a.m. to get settled, receive your tablet or computer, tour the center, and meet some of your new teammates. Orientation will begin at 10 a.m. via Microsoft
Teams. You will receive the Teams link on the morning of your first day via both your personal and work email.
‍

During orientation, you’ll meet with members of our HR, Billing, IT, and Executive teams, who will welcome you and go over important policies and procedures. Afterward, you’ll have dedicated time in your schedule to complete onboarding paperwork and HR training videos.
‍

Lunch: We’ll provide lunch for you and your buddy or another team member on your first day.
